Beyond the allowance, Pro is billed at $0.004 per participant-minute and $0.06 per GiB-month. Free accounts pause at the allowance. You are never charged unexpectedly.

Pricing questions
What is a participant-minute?
One participant connected to a session for one minute. Four people in a 30-minute call use 120 participant-minutes.
How is storage measured?
By what your recordings actually occupy, in GiB (1 GiB is 2^30 bytes). Shorter retention and deleting sessions both reduce it.
What happens when a Free account reaches its allowance?
New sessions are paused until the next billing period, or until you upgrade. We never bill a Free account.
When does my billing period start?
On Pro, on your subscription date. On Free, usage is counted over a rolling 30 days.
Are prices shown with tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
